Your MSP, Tom McCabe, and the Scottish Parliament legislates on: Economic Development, Education (policy), Environment, Health, Law & Order, Legal Aid, Local Government, Scottish Homes, Scottish Transport, Social Work, Sport & the Arts.
Your MP, Jim Hood or Tommy McAvoy, and the UK Parliament legislates on: Benefits, CSA, National Insurance, Pensions, Customs & Excise, Defence and National Security, Economy, Employment Law, Energy, Equal Opportunities, Foreign Affairs, Immigration, Taxation, International Development, Broadcasting and the Post Office.
